We are always looking for more help, input, guidance, and interest! Please join us for our next meeting. We plan to discuss how to spend our fundraising dollars and determine what it will take to accomplish the events we’d hoped to take on this Spring. We try to do our best for the students and teachers at Falcon Ridge Public Charter School, but we need more help to be successful. So, please join us–the more the merrier!
Plus, I heard a rumor that there may be treats at this meeting 😉

Santa Claus is coming to Falcon Ridge Public Charter School!!
Described as “the greatest turkey movie of all time!” Free Birds is THE movie to watch as you prepare for Thanksgiving. Please join us for this fun family-friendly event, sponsored by the Falcon Ridge PTO. The film will be shown in the school gym, so don’t forget to bring some pillows and blankets to make yourselves comfy! The PTO will have concession items available for purchase.
Remember, all children/students must be supervised by an adult.
We had an excellent time with all of you at the Trunk or Treat event a couple weeks ago. We want to give a huge THANK YOU to Audrea and Shawn Wilke for their generous donation of decorations as well as their time and energy spent helping us to setup and clean up. We could not have pulled this event off without their help. We also want to thank all of the folks who participated in our chili and pie cook offs and the trunk decorating. It was a great night!
As we look forward to the next few months of activities it is important that we mention that these things cannot take place without participation and help from staff and parents. Our PTO has been very under-staffed for several years and we need more help in order to continue putting on fun events and activities for your families. We are currently still seeking a Vice President, but we’re also just looking for anyone who is willing to lend their time to help us. Please provide us with your information HERE if you’re interested in volunteering with the PTO.
(If you’ve signed up before and didn’t hear from us, we are sorry, but we lost the signup sheets during our own orientation process.)
We are so excited to start a new Falcon Ridge tradition, but we need your help to make it a success! Please SIGN UP HERE to bring a delicious pie and/or chili for our Pie Contest and Chili Cookoff, or sign up to host a trunk for the Trunk or Treat! If you’d prefer to help by donating candy, helping set up, etc. that would be great too!
Together, we can help make this a fantastic event for our kids where they can safely celebrate Halloween, wear costumes, and make memories with friends and family!
Although a bit delayed, here are the Meeting Minutes from the PTO Meeting that was held on September 20, 2019. This meeting preceded a great Family Bingo Night event! Thank you to everyone who came out to enjoy the fun! Stay tuned for more fun family-friendly events sponsored by the PTO this year. As always, let us know how we’re doing and if you’re interested in helping us with any of our upcoming activities!
Note: There is still an opening in the position of Vice President. We’d love to hear from anyone who is interested in more information.
